RNA Type: miRNA
Overview: The miR-Ontology Database (miRĂ²) is database which contains miRNA-phenotype associations in humans. This database also integrates information about miRNA, ontology, disease, expression profile/tissue and target gene.
Search Methods:
  • Keyword: search by any terms. The search is restricted by the TAG options selected.
  • TAG: search by category (miRNA, gene, disease, processes, function and tissue) or miRNA/Target pairs.
