NRDR - The Non-coding RNA Databases Resource

Isomir Bank

Database version: 2016
RNA Type: Multiple classes
Overview: Isomir Bank is an integrative resource that contains the sequence and expression of isomiRs, which are isoforms of known microRNAs. In total, 2,727 samples (Small RNA NGS data downloaded from ArrayExpress) from eight species (Arabidopsis thaliana, Drosophila melanogaster, Danio rerio, Homo sapiens, Mus musculus, Oryza sativa, Solanum lycopersicum and Zea mays) were analyzed by using CPSS. They have stored 308,919 isomiRs from 4,706 mature miRNAs.
Search Methods:
  • Keyword: Search by miRNA name
  • Similarity: Search using isomir sequence.
  • Tabular: Browse through the organism, tissue, miRNA family or experimental condition
  • TAG: TAG search combining the species and tissues of interest.
