Overview: ExcellmiRDB is a curated database aimed to provide scattered information about extracellular miRNAs. A large number of studies have demonstrated extracellular or circulatory microRNAs as potential non-invasive biomarkers for several pathophysiological conditions. The database provides two interactive networks: one shows miRNA-disease associations along with expression pattern and number of articles, to see cross studies consistent pattern; The other network visualize mi-bodyfluid associations.
