NRDR - The Non-coding RNA Databases Resource

Database version: 2015
RNA Type: miRNA
Overview: miRGate is a curated database of human, mouse and rat miRNAs/mRNAs targets. It is designed to analyze miRNA and gene isoforms lists under a common and consistent space of annotations. Including all existing 3 UTR and the entirely known miRNAs. All Havana biotypes and ENCODE principal isoforms for the three organisms are also included.
Search Methods:
  • Keyword: Search by microRNA name or gene name after a set of selections using a TAG search
  • TAG: TAG selection of the species name; followed by a TAG selection of the genes, miRNAs or both; and a definition of a reference database for ID usage
