NRDR - The Non-coding RNA Databases Resource

ERISdb

Database version: 2013
RNA Type: Multiple classes
Overview: ERISdb is a database of plant splice sites and splicing signals. It currently collects information from eight species. They used in-house developed algorithms to search for splice-site associated data like splicing signals (including polypyrimidine tracts or cis-regulatory elements), U12 introns or to determine microRNA gene structures.
Search Methods:
  • Keyword: Search by species name, transcript biotype, filtering by different features
Source: ENSEMBL, SRA, RNA-seq, U12DB, literature, ClustalW, BLAST, miRBase, dbEST
Information Source: Experimental, In silico annotation, Literature.
Information Content: .
