Overview: NRDTD (the ncRNA Drug Targets Database) is a database that curated clinically or experimentally supported evidence for ncRNAs as drug targets. Each entry in NRDTD has five items for annotation; they are ncRNA name, drug name, disease name, the reference PubMed ID, and the evidence supporting the ncRNAs as drug targets from the original paper. In addition, the NRDTD also provides related links of ncRNA, drug and disease.
