Overview: The BmncRNAdb (Bombyx mori non-coding RNA database) is the first version non-conding RNAs database about silkworm, Bombyx mori. It stores information from lncRNAs, systematically identified using the available silkworm RNA-seq data, public unigenes and previous studies; and microRNAs, collected from previous studies.
