microPIR

RNA Type: miRNA
Overview: microPIR is an integrated database for microRNA target sites within human promoter sequences. This database aims to collect genome-wide predicted microRNA target sites located within promoter regions of human genome, incorporated with considerable resources of associated genomic information and functional annotation.
Search Methods:
  • Keyword: Search by target gene name, miRNA name (with flexible statistical parameters)
Source: UCSC Genome Browser
Information Source: In silico annotation, Literature, Manual curation.
