Overview: The miRCancer is a database that has rule-based text mining approaches to extract miRNA and cancer association data. The associations are manually verified after automatic extraction from literature. miRCancer shows 878 associations between 236 microRNAs and 79 human cancers. The website enables clustering and chi-square analysis of miRNA sequences.
