UCNEbase

RNA Type: CNE
Overview: UCNEbase (http://ccg.vital-it.ch/UCNEbase) is a comprehensive resource on the genomic organization and evolution of vertebrate UCNEs and ultra conserved non-coding elements regulatory blocks(UGRBs). UCNEbase provides information on the evolution and genomic organization of 4351 UCNEs in multiple vertebrate species. Around half of these elements are located within intergenic regions (2139) and the rest are located within non-coding parts of genes: introns (1713) and UTRs (499).
Search Methods:
  • Keyword: Using the name or ID of each ultra conserved region, its length, a protein coding gene name,
  • Genomic Location: By using the genomic coordinates for each organism
  • Density of ncRNAs: Based on the flaking distance of the ultra conserved region of interest
